Our pole fitness classes will help you build strength, tone up, loose weight, increase flexibility, balance & coordination and improve your over all fitness level. Plus, our welcoming and friendly environment is a great place to meet new people and make friends.
In addition to pole fitness classes we also offer flexibility training, choreography classes and workshops, open training sessions, private tutorials, small group bookings and a wide range of pole parties including Hen Do's and Birthday parties as well as Team Building Workshops.
Our range of parties on offer are all bespoke and personally tailored to the special guest making it a party to remember.
