212 Dance & Fitness was born out of a love for pole dance and fitness and a passion to bring new, fun and accessible pole fitness classes to your community. 

These classes are about bringing people together and feeling fantastic.... as well as getting fit and having fun along the way in an extremely friendly and supportive environment.  

Both instructors Christina and Sharon understand that everyone has different aims and fitness goals and they want to ensure that everyone gets the best out of their time at the 212 - so whether you want to build strength, lose weight, make friends, learn how to move on and off the pole or just come along and see what all the fuss is about then come along and join in our classes!



After completing her first pole class in 2014, Christina knew she was instantly addicted.

Having taught pole, conditioning and routine classes, Christina loves nothing more than helping students to feel motivated and to see them achieve their pole goals.

Besides all the new friends Christina has made throughout her pole journey her favorite thing about pole fitness is having fun creating new routines.

Since joining the pole fitness world, Christina has continued to feel inspired through attending as many performances and competitions as possible as well as learning from some of the most skilled 'polers' in the industry.
